Requirements

Understanding the client’s needs is the foundation of good design. At Stortford Medical we take the time to ensure that the full scope of the requirements is understood, from the intended customer, the therapy involved to the innovation challenges, we ensure the foundation is sound. 

Ideas

Ideas are cheap and plentiful, but good ideas are a rare commodity. Innovation is often difficult for companies to achieve as they are become so involved with their current product lines. Stortford Medical will produce ideas for you that are innovative, meet the need and have commercial value. After all, at some time it has to be made and sold!

Concept

When an idea has been selected, it is wise to prove the concept as early as possible. At concept, Risk Management, Patent Development, Clinical Concepts, Regulatory Approval Requirements and Manufacturing Feasibility can all be addressed. At this stage it is still cost effective to make changes as required, the costs increase as the development timescale advances.
